Drying is billed by the hour once you say go. Water damage work starts at $61 an hour; emergency and fire work starts at $90 an hour. The full rate card is one page, and the insurance claim runs off the same folder.
Do you also rebuild?
Yes. The crew that tears the ruined wall out is the crew that rebuilds it.
Most mitigation outfits dry the house and hand you a contractor list. We do not. The rebuild is one written figure in dollars, set before a saw moves, the way California contract law requires.
What is left behind?
Dry framing, sealed walls, and paperwork your carrier can use.
That paperwork is the before-and-after photos, each day’s moisture number, and a list of what we hauled off. The carrier settles the claim from it. The inspector signs the permit. Ask the rest on the contact page.
